Our 6-D Process

Define the problem
First of all, we clarify the business problems faced. Also, we gather and define properly all the answers the brand would want to know to take a decision. Understand the long-term vision and objectives of of the client. This helps shape the solutions/recommendation. After , we review the problem with the client and get feedback from them.

Structure the problem
Here, we structure the problem by building an issue tree to get to the bottom of the problem. This step helps us to identify the root causes of the business problem.
With the issue tree, the problem is dissected into contributing causes, and each cause is further broken into contributing sub-causes.

Prioritize the issues identified.
We prioritize issues identified by cutting off the less important areas in the issue tree while focusing just on the most important issues.
The prioritization is is done based on the impact of the factors identified. This helps solve challenging problems effectively and efficiently.

Develop an Issue analysis plan
This stage outlines the steps needed to take to address the client’s issue. This includes the analysis to be used and the process invloved. Here, we formulate hypotheses and create strategies by applying structured, comprehensive and logical reasoning to the issues identified.
